By accessing or using FOSSonCloud’s website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
FOSSonCloud provides AWS CloudFormation patterns for deploying open-source applications. Our products are sold exclusively through the AWS Marketplace.
AWS Marketplace
All purchases, billing, and subscriptions are handled through AWS Marketplace. By subscribing to our products, you also agree to:
Pricing
Our products are billed at $0.02 per hour when the EC2 instance(s) in your solution are running. This is in addition to standard AWS infrastructure charges. All products include a 5-day free trial.
Use of Services
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use our services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
- Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of our services without express written permission
Intellectual Property
The content, features, and functionality of our website and services are owned by FOSSonCloud and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Our CloudFormation patterns deploy open-source software that is subject to its own licensing terms. We do not claim ownership of the underlying open-source applications.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FOSSonCloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FOSSonCloud and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through AWS Marketplace.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date.
